MENTOR COACHING is about improving a coach’s technical skills.


  • It consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process to increase the coach’s capabilities in achieving and demonstrating at the level of coaching competency demanded by the level of  credential desired.
  • Mentor Coaching should take place over an extended time (three-month minimum) that allows for listening and feedback from the Mentor Coach while also allowing reflection and practice by the individual being mentored. 


COACH SUPERVISION is for coaches who are committed to ethical, effective, and high-quality practice.  SUPERvision is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. 


  • It’s an investment in a coach’s professional and personal growth, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best possible support to their clients. 
  • By engaging in regular SUPERvision, coaches can manage the emotional demands of their work, maintain ethical standards, and ensure they’re always improving.
